Recently Meritocracy Consulting worked with Referquest to develop, optimize and promote their Facebook application. It went live last month and already has over 5,000 users.

Systems Development We build custom solutions that bolster an organization's strategy by utilizing the most cutting edge technologies. Enterprise and Back Office Solutions By using enterprise resource planning software, and customer relationship management software Meritocracy Consulting can help any business manage operations, resources and customer (and business to business) relationships. Last year we created a custom CRM for All Row to help them track and manage thousands of clients, and tens of thousands of users, improving internal communication efficiencies and lowering their operating cost.
We created a system that maintained all of All Row's contacts, and interfaced with their current website and payment software.
IT Infrastructure Solutions We consult and oversee communication networks, computer platforms and operating systems for dozens of clients. We can seamlessly integrate new applications and redesign or optimize an existing company's infrastructure to make technology actually deliver on its continual promise of efficiency. Last year we worked with Makai Events on a Soy Joy ad campaign where we created a mobile video kiosk that remotely captured, converted and encoded video content, which was instantly uploaded to a custom social network. With just a 30 day turnaround period we delivered a solution that captured video from an infinite number of "client" tablet PCs and kiosks, and then processed that video through a secure/remote network, utilizing cloud computing and asynchronous data management (i.e. in layman's terms, the system did not break or slowdown when usage spiked).
Mobile Application Development We have experience working with 3G phones such as the iPhone and Blackberry. As more consumers use these type of products, it is becoming more and more cost effective to promote using solutions designed specifically for them. At Meritocracy we are happy to design and develop new mobile applications, optimize and manage continued development of existing projects, or, convert some existing functionality (typically web-based) to work on as many mobile devices as possible.
